Job Summary
To enhance operational workflows, the full-time Illinois Licensed Pharmacy Technician Coordinator will provide leadership and coordination across multiple ministries, ensuring compliance and quality improvement while collaborating with various stakeholders in a centralized service model.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and workflows across multiple ministries, addressing issues as they arise
- Serve as a resource for stakeholders, solving complex problems and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Conduct audits and monitor KPIs to identify quality improvement opportunities and implement operational changes
Required qualifications
- High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience
- Three years of experience as a pharmacy technician or in a relevant healthcare field
- Registered Pharmacy Technician certification from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation or the ability to obtain it within a specified timeframe
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs and perform various physical tasks
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
