Job Summary
To enhance operational workflows, the full-time Illinois Licensed Pharmacy Technician Coordinator will manage daily services across multiple ministries, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing training and support to team members in a centralized service model.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflows, collaborating with various teams to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Serve as a resource for stakeholders, addressing complex problems and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards
- Conduct audits and monitor KPIs to identify quality improvement opportunities and implement operational changes
Required qualifications
- High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience
- Three years' experience as a pharmacy technician or in a related healthcare field
- Registered Pharmacy Technician in Illinois or eligibility to register within a specified timeframe
- Experience in training and educating team members in a pharmacy setting
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and data entry
