Job Summary

Illinois Licensed Physical Therapist is sought for a full-time remote position, responsible for providing telehealth services, managing patient care, and participating in departmental improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
• Previous experience in telehealth and orthopedics preferred
• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy is a plus
