To improve AI-driven career guidance for medical professionals, an Illinois Licensed Physician Evaluator will work remotely on a flexible contract basis, reviewing career-related inquiries and providing expert-level responses grounded in real-world medical experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review and respond to career-related questions from medical professionals at various stages of their careers
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that provide expert career guidance in the medical field
• Create evaluation rubrics to assess the accuracy and practicality of AI-generated career advice

Required qualifications

• Active Illinois Medical Doctor or Physician license with professional experience
• Strong understanding of medical training pathways, including residency and fellowship
• Experience mentoring medical students, residents, or junior physicians
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Ability to provide practical and realistic career advice
