Job Summary

A company is looking for a Peri/menopause Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits via telehealth for short-term management of mental health conditions in the perinatal period
• Complete pre-conception medication consultations and psychoeducation for individuals trying to conceive
• Perform asynchronous caseload consultations, provide recommendations for treatment adjustments, and document consultations within 24 hours

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner in Illinois
• DEA license in Illinois
• Full practicing authority or a working relationship with a collaborating physician licensed in Illinois
• Experience or interest in perinatal mental health and collaborative care
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
