Job Summary

To support a transformative approach in behavioral health care, the part-time or full-time Illinois Licensed PMHNP will conduct telehealth evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
• Deliver care for both substance use and mental health conditions
• Collaborate with the care team and complete documentation in the EHR

Required Qualifications:

• Active and verifiable PMHNP license in Illinois
• At least 2 years of experience in addiction or mental health treatment
• Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
• Comfort using technology, including EHRs and mobile apps
