Illinois Licensed PMHNP

Job Summary

Leading member care in a remote environment, the full-time or part-time Illinois Licensed PMHNP will conduct telehealth evaluations, deliver evidence-based treatment for substance use and mental health conditions, and collaborate with a dedicated care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
• Deliver care for both substance use and mental health conditions
• Complete documentation in the EHR and collaborate with the care team

Required Qualifications

• Active and verifiable PMHNP license in Illinois
• At least 2 years of experience in addiction or mental health treatment
• Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
• Comfort using technology, including EHRs and mobile apps
