Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse - TeleNurse (4 Hours/Week).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide TeleNurse support services within the LPN scope of practice
• Perform medication refills, document nursing home reports, and verify orders in the electronic health record
• Collect data for basic nursing assessments and report patient healthcare needs to the Charge Nurse

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Illinois LPN license
• Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience in an acute ambulatory or acute care setting
• LPN License in the State of IL required
• Required to reside within a 100-mile radius of Springfield, Illinois
• Intermediate computer skills with the ability to accurately type 40 words per minute
