Job Summary

Working part-time during evenings and weekends, the Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse will conduct assessments, coordinate medications, and educate families while providing care for medically specialized children involved in the child welfare system through telehealth and in-person visits.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and coordinate medications for children and youth
  • Educate and advocate for families regarding medical and psychiatric treatments
  • Maintain treatment coordination through monthly telehealth and quarterly in-person visits
Required qualifications
  • Current Illinois LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse)
  • Preferred experience providing services to children, youth, and families
  • Valid State Driver's License and automobile insurance
  • Ability to obtain an Illinois driver's license within 30 days of hire if relocating
