Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Illinois Licensed Professional Counselor, the remote Associate Therapist will provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, working Monday to Friday with flexible shift options while benefiting from comprehensive support and supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement treatment plans
• Utilize technology effectively for patient communication and documentation

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree and active licensure as a Professional Counselor in Illinois
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses
• Experience with telehealth software and virtual communication tools
