Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Professional Counselor will manage client care, treatment planning, and utilize technology for effective communication while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients through telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient privacy in a remote work environment

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in counseling or a related field and valid licensure as a Professional Counselor in Illinois
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred
• Comfortable using telehealth software and technology for communication and documentation
