Job Summary
To support a growing program management team, the full-time Illinois Licensed Program Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Account Executives and clients, managing program requirements, profitability goals, and internal communications remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal departments to manage the lifecycle of e-commerce programs, ensuring adherence to business requirements and contract specifications
- Analyze sales, inventory, and usage reports to optimize program performance and profitability while managing client expectations and timelines
- Execute long-range sales and marketing plans to identify new opportunities and ensure programs meet or exceed profitability goals
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree required
- Minimum of 3+ years of account or program management experience required
- Previous experience in the promotional products industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Basic knowledge of marketing and accounting principles
