Illinois Licensed Project Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Accountant to oversee and report on project cost accounting remotely in Illinois.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project cost accounting and ensure adherence to company policies
• Act as a liaison between operations and corporate accounting functions
• Identify and resolve project issues, and manage the monthly invoicing process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent relevant experience required
• Seven or more years of corporate accounting experience preferred
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with an ERP system required; knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred
• Prior architecture, engineering, and/or construction accounting experience preferred
