Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee HVAC and mechanical construction projects in the greater Chicago region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee one large HVAC/mechanical project ($30M) and smaller ad hoc projects
• Manage and strengthen vendor relationships within the Chicago market
• Coordinate across engineering, construction, and sales teams for project support

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in HVAC or mechanical services
• Experience leading construction projects involving HVAC equipment
• Strong vendor management skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Construction background with oversight of multimillion-dollar projects
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
