Illinois Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

Providing evidence-based treatment in a fully remote environment, the full-time Illinois Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct telehealth evaluations, manage care for substance use and mental health conditions, and collaborate with a dedicated care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
• Provide care for both substance use and mental health conditions
• Prescribe medications as appropriate and respond to member questions

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Illinois (Medicaid enrollment a plus)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience (addiction or mental health preferred)
• Experience prescribing Suboxone and an active DEA registration
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (covered by Affect)
• Strong empathy for individuals facing behavioral health challenges
