Job Summary
To support a growing virtual psychiatry practice, the full-time Illinois Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care, focusing on lower to moderate acuity populations while enjoying clinical autonomy and minimal administrative burden.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for patients
- Provide psychoeducation and supportive therapy in a telepsychiatry-based model
- Collaborate within an integrated care model, ensuring efficient scheduling and operational support
Required qualifications
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority in Illinois
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
- Experience in delivering outpatient psychiatric care
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records for documentation
