Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychiatrist (Contractor) to conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management for patients
• Oversee patient population within a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate care with nursing staff
• Participate in clinical staffing, staff training, and assist in program development related to psychiatric care

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with Board Certification in Adult Psychiatry and/or Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
• Current Illinois medical license
• Participation in CME activities as mandated by Maintenance of Certification requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with adults
• Ability to pass all relevant screening and criminal background checks
