Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Psychotherapist (LCSW) to join their team of clinicians remotely in Illinois.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide individual, micro, and group therapy services
• Maintain timely and accurate session notes and participate in clinical team supervision and training

Required Qualifications

• Must hold an active and unrestricted state license to practice independently
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as required
• Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality laws at all times
• Strong desire to work with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ community
• Fluency in a second language or American Sign Language (ASL) is a plus
