Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including intake assessments and treatment planning
• Promote patient progress through individual, couples, family, or group therapy
• Effectively manage a patient caseload appropriate to age and diagnoses

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in counseling or social work
• Illinois licensure as a LCPC or LCSW
• 2 years of experience post clinical licensure
• Knowledge of growth and development principles and patient needs
