Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychotherapist (LCSW) to provide virtual-first psychosocial assessments and psychotherapy for individuals with serious mental illness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual psychosocial assessments and psychotherapy, ensuring patient engagement and follow-up care
• Document treatment responses and monitor clinical symptoms while providing support to caregivers
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to address social determinants of health needs

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted licensure as an LCSW in Illinois
• Experience with screening, assessment, and treatment planning for mental health and substance use disorders
• Experience conducting psychotherapy via telehealth
• Comfort working in a startup environment and collaborating in a team setting
• Knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial treatments and brief behavioral interventions
