Job Summary
Providing X-ray services to patients under the direction of a radiologist, the full-time Illinois Licensed Radiologic Technologist will closely follow physician instructions, position patients, operate equipment, and accurately record images in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform X-ray procedures according to physician specifications
- Prepare and operate imaging equipment while ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Accurately record and manage imaging data as per medical protocols
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Radiology or completion of an accredited radiology technology program
- Two years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- Licensed Radiographer in the state of practice
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (RT(R)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
