Job Summary
Providing X-ray services to patients, the full-time Illinois Licensed Radiologic Technologist will operate imaging equipment, position patients according to physician instructions, and accurately record requested images in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Operate X-ray equipment and ensure proper patient positioning as per radiologist directives
- Accurately record and manage imaging data for patient records
- Maintain equipment and adhere to safety protocols in the imaging department
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Radiology or completion of an accredited radiology technology program
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- Illinois Radiographer license is required
- Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (RT(R)) by the ARRT
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
