Job Summary

To enhance AI career guidance for real estate professionals, experienced agents and brokers in the Chicago metro area will evaluate and improve AI systems in a fully remote, flexible contract role as an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Evaluator.

Key responsibilities

• Review career-related questions from real estate professionals at various experience levels
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that provide expert career guidance based on real industry experience
• Create evaluation rubrics to assess the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated career advice

Required qualifications

• Experienced real estate agent, broker, or industry professional with practical field experience
• Strong understanding of real estate career progression and licensing requirements
• Experience mentoring newer agents or managing teams is a plus
• Clear and effective written communication skills for translating practical wisdom into guidance
• Self-motivated and reliable in independent work settings
