Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director of Operations to oversee and optimize operations across multiple clinical locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire approximately 10 multi-disciplinary clinic teams across the region
• Own the regional P&L and drive financial performance while enhancing patient satisfaction
• Translate organizational strategy into actionable plans and measurable results

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred
• 5 or more years of progressive management experience in a medical or healthcare setting
• Experience overseeing daily operations in a patient-facing environment
• Working knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA
• Hands-on experience with practice management systems and managing budgets
