Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, the 1099 Telehealth Registered Dietitian will provide diet and lifestyle counseling to women with complex health conditions, conducting sessions remotely during evenings, Fridays, and weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze patient intake assessments, including medical history and dietary habits
- Conduct virtual diet and lifestyle counseling sessions, incorporating motivational interviewing techniques
- Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with other healthcare providers involved in patient care
Required qualifications
- Active Illinois Licensed Registered Dietitian with current certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience treating patients with complex women's health conditions
- Proven ability to function autonomously with strong diagnostic judgment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in a virtual setting
- Technical proficiency in EMR systems and telemedicine platforms
