Job Summary

Working part-time during evenings and weekends, the Illinois Licensed Registered Nurse will conduct assessments, coordinate medications, and educate families while providing care for medically specialized children involved in the child welfare system, utilizing telehealth and in-person visits for ongoing treatment coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and coordinate medication management for children and youth
• Educate and advocate for families regarding medical and psychiatric treatments
• Maintain ongoing treatment coordination through monthly telehealth and quarterly in-person visits

Required qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license (Registered Nurse)
• Preferred experience providing services to children, youth, and families
• Valid State Driver's License and automobile insurance
• Must obtain an Illinois driver's license within thirty (30) days of hire if relocating
