Job Summary

To support the financial operations of healthcare entities, the full-time Illinois Licensed Regulatory Coordinator will manage Medicare and governmental payment policies, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance and reporting for all hospital and clinic entities, working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Medicare and other governmental payment policies, compliance, and reporting across all entities
• Analyze internal and external data requests and perform research on Medicare regulations
• Manage data support for Medicare/Medicaid/BlueCross cost report submissions to ensure accurate reimbursements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a master's degree in a related field
• Five to ten years of experience in healthcare finance, with at least four years focused on Medicare
• Extensive experience with Medicare/Medicaid cost reports and related regulations
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills
• Proficiency in computer applications relevant to financial analysis
