Illinois Licensed Regulatory Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Spec Licensing professional responsible for regulatory compliance related to the distribution of drugs and medical devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine requirements for obtaining and complying with state and federal licenses for regulated products
• Prepare and submit licensing applications and documents to regulatory agencies
• Research licensing requirements and develop improvements to related processes and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience
• At least 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, licensing, quality assurance, compliance, or legal
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Suites (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Applied knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to drug and medical device distribution
• Experience collaborating with internal and external resources
