Job Summary

To improve AI career guidance for therapy professionals, experienced Illinois Licensed Rehabilitation Therapists will engage in a fully remote, flexible contract role focused on evaluating and enhancing AI systems by providing expert feedback and guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Review career-related questions and provide expert-level responses that reflect practical career guidance
• Create evaluation rubrics to assess the accuracy and completeness of AI-generated career advice
• Identify and recommend improvements for inaccurate or incomplete AI-generated suggestions

Required qualifications

• Licensed or experienced Rehabilitation Therapist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or related healthcare professional
• Strong understanding of healthcare career progression and clinical licensing requirements in Illinois
• Experience mentoring students, clinical interns, or junior staff
• Excellent written communication skills for providing clear, actionable guidance
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently without close supervision
