Illinois Licensed Remote Therapist

Job Summary

Offering a full-time opportunity for an Illinois Licensed Remote Therapist, this position focuses on delivering outpatient therapy to clients with lower to moderate acuity populations while operating in a fully remote environment with minimal administrative burden.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy with defined session lengths and consistent caseloads
• Make independent treatment decisions and manage scheduling within operational guidelines
• Collaborate with an in-house referral network and receive full operational support for scheduling, billing, and intake coordination

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload and practicing in a fast-paced environment
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
