A company is looking for a Retail Sales Agronomist for the Brevant Seeds brand serving the West Central Illinois area.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide product training and support to retail sellers through various media
• Collaborate with Retail Business Manager to execute account level strategy and drive business forward
• Coordinate efforts with functional leaders and ensure sales execution and demand planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Business, or Marketing, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 3-5 years of agronomy and sales experience
• Knowledge of agronomy and crop production practices
• Understanding of Crop Protection product offerings in the territory
• Ability to pass a driving record background check
