Job Summary

Providing retirement plan expertise, the full-time Internal Retirement Specialist will educate participants on their retirement plans, initiate calls to encourage increased contributions, and analyze individual risk assessments while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receives inbound calls from participants, providing education and guidance on their retirement plans
  • Initiates outreach to participants to discuss contribution levels and promote increases in deferrals
  • Completes account reviews and offers advice on asset allocation options based on individual risk assessments
Required Qualifications:
  • FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses, along with a Life and Health license
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a relationship/sales-driven position, preferably in a sales call center environment
  • Undergraduate studies in business, finance, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance and financial products, with a preference for defined contribution plans
  • Proven consultative selling/advising skills and ability to follow processes effectively
