Illinois Licensed Risk Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting the enterprise's Ethics, Regulatory Compliance, and Privacy risk management program, the full-time remote Illinois Licensed Risk Consultant will conduct risk assessments, evaluate control effectiveness, and advise on mitigation strategies to enhance program maturity and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-based assessments to evaluate ethics, regulatory compliance, and privacy risks
• Assess the design and effectiveness of ethics and compliance controls
• Advise business partners on remediation actions and escalate issues as necessary

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ethics and compliance programs, regulatory compliance, or privacy risk management
• Strong understanding of ethics, compliance, and privacy risk concepts and control frameworks
• Ability to evaluate program design and operational effectiveness
• Experience preparing executive-level risk summaries and dashboards
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions without formal authority
