Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Compliance & Charge Capture Auditor.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts daily audits of Inpatient, Observation, ED, and Outpatient Infusion accounts
• Tracks and analyzes charge anomalies, reporting trends to clinical department directors
• Provides training and education to clinical staff as needed based on audit findings

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Professional Nurse (RN) in Illinois
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Experience in auditing and charge capture processes
• Knowledge of clinical documentation standards and regulatory requirements
• Ability to manage complex projects and analyze issues effectively
