Job Summary

Reviewing and assessing patient refill medication requests, the full-time hourly RN Medication Management will collaborate with patients, providers, and pharmacies while working primarily remotely after initial training at the office in Peoria, Illinois.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess patient refill medication requests to ensure appropriateness
• Collaborate with patients, providers, and pharmacies during the assessment process
• Maintain compliance with medication protocols and patient chart reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• 2 years of patient care experience within the last 4 years
• Current Illinois RN license
• Proficiency in Microsoft software and solid computer skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
