Job Summary

Advocating for patients in their healthcare journey, the full-time Illinois Licensed RN Navigator in Breast Imaging will manage patient assessments, develop care plans, and provide education while working onsite in Urbana, Illinois, during weekday shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient and family needs
• Provide education on diagnosis and treatment options, serving as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Required qualifications

• Current Illinois RN license
• Experience in nursing, preferably in a clinical or patient navigation setting
• Knowledge of breast imaging procedures and related patient care protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Commitment to ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives
