A company is looking for a Registered Nurse Virtual Care OnCall Connect.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual nursing care to patients in their home environment using technology
• Monitor, prevent, and intervene in patient care to optimize quality of life
• Collaborate with care team members and act as a patient advocate

Required Qualifications

• Nursing Degree required
• 3 years of recent RN experience
• RN licensure in Illinois required before hire; Michigan License needed within 6 months of hire
• Proficiency in Microsoft software and electronic medical records
• Solid computer skills and ability to use digital communication platforms
