Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Sales Supervisor responsible for managing a multi-channel Property and Casualty sales staff to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage activity and production output of Account Executives to meet sales goals
  • Coach, train, and provide guidance to the sales team, including performance appraisals and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other departments on system enhancements and manage sales initiatives and marketing campaigns
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in professional liability and/or life and health insurance with a track record of sales or sales leadership success
  • Property and Casualty insurance license in good standing
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interface with technical and business team members
  • Industry professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, CRM, ARM, or CISR are desired
