Job Summary
Managing daily Salesforce administration and support, the full-time Illinois Licensed Salesforce Administrator will customize objects and fields, develop reports and dashboards, and partner with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and support Salesforce by customizing objects, fields, and layouts
- Collaborate with product owners to align Salesforce functionalities with business needs
- Create and maintain documentation on processes and troubleshoot system issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline, or a High School Diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience
- 1 to 2 years of IT experience related to Salesforce administration
- Experience managing escalations from stakeholders and business users
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and CRM systems
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
