Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of School Nursing to lead and oversee health programs across a school network in Chicago, IL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and oversee the school's health programs in collaboration with medical authorities and school leaders
• Develop, implement, and monitor health policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Lead and manage the network-wide health team, providing supervision and training for all school nurses

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of school nursing experience with proven leadership in health program management
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required; additional certifications in school nursing preferred
• Experience in developing policies and supporting a team of health professionals
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
