Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of School Nursing to lead and oversee health programs across a school network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and oversee the school's health programs in collaboration with medical authorities and school leaders
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and lead the network-wide health team, supervising all school nurses
• Monitor and evaluate health programs, providing training and support to enhance team performance

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of school nursing experience with proven leadership skills
• Illinois PEL required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required; additional school nursing certifications preferred
• Experience in developing policies and supporting a team of health professionals
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on documentation
