Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of self-funded group health plans, the full-time Illinois Licensed Senior Account Manager will serve as a key resource for clients and brokers, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication, implementation of new business processes, and performance reporting, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the liaison between clients, brokers, and Allied Executives, providing essential communication regarding compliance and plan performance
  • Lead new client implementations and conduct quarterly meetings to review plan performance and enhance client relationships
  • Prepare and present employee training sessions and administrative procedures, while analyzing and producing ad hoc reports as needed
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Account Manager in group health insurance
  • Experience with self-funded health plans is preferred
  • Strong public speaking skills and ability to present information regarding benefits and compliance
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
