Job Summary

Managing a caseload of workers' compensation indemnity and complex general liability claims from inception to resolution, the temporary Senior Casualty Adjuster will investigate claims, analyze documentation, and develop claims strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of workers' compensation and complex general liability claims from start to finish
• Investigate claims to establish compensability, liability, and coverage
• Review and analyze medical records, wage documentation, accident reports, contracts, and coverage forms

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience handling workers' compensation indemnity and complex general liability claims, including litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of casualty coverage analysis, compensability evaluation, and liability investigations
• Experience with claims systems
• Active adjuster license in the state of residence or active DHS license
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred)
