Job Summary

Experienced and knowledgeable, the full-time Illinois Licensed Senior Broker will manage broking activities, ensuring client expectations are met while providing leadership and direction, with responsibilities including new business placements and client risk assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate new business placements, renewals, and alterations of existing coverage
• Develop and deliver presentations to secure new and enhance existing client relationships
• Provide coverage and program design advice, conducting needs and gap analyses for program improvements

Required qualifications

• 5-12 years of industry experience
• Insurance broker's P&C license required
• Strong group presentation skills and ability to drive complex conversations
• Proven negotiation skills with clients and carriers
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including coaching and motivating others
