Job Summary

Experienced and knowledgeable, the full-time Illinois Licensed Senior Broker will manage broking activities, develop client relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate new business placements, renewals, and alterations of existing coverage
• Develop and deliver presentations to secure new clients and enhance existing relationships
• Provide coverage and program design advice, conducting needs and gap analyses for program improvements

Required qualifications

• 5-12 years of industry experience
• Insurance broker's P&C license required
• Strong group presentation skills with the ability to manage complex conversations
• Proven negotiation skills with clients and carriers
• Leadership skills with experience in directing and motivating others
