Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Illinois Licensed Senior Claims Adjuster will manage complex Auto and General Liability municipality claims, applying claims management experience to analyze exposure and resolve claims while ensuring effective communication with all parties involved.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims while adhering to clients' and corporate policies
• Interact with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution throughout the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Experience with related claims and business software
