Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Manager-Retiree Health Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage new client implementations, ongoing client management, contract adherence, and relationship expansion
• Serve as the primary client contact, advocating for the client and representing the Retiree Health solution
• Leverage subject matter expertise to guide client decisions and ensure optimal satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of client relationship management experience with project management exposure
• Experience in Individual (pre-Medicare and Medicare) industry and operations
• Must be currently licensed or able to attain a Health Insurance license within 6 months
• Knowledge of insurance compliance, regulatory, and legislative industry standards
• Expertise in group health plan administration best practices
