Job Summary

Managing relationships with clients, the full-time Illinois Licensed Senior Client Manager will provide customer service, support new business development, and mentor staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Foster and manage client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Develop new business opportunities and initiate the renewal process for existing clients
• Conduct marketing, negotiate rates, and prepare proposals for insurance coverage

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five or more years of related work experience
• Valid insurance license and compliance with Continuing Education requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of private client customizable coverages
