Job Summary

To drive value for customers and support innovative solutions in inpatient care, the full-time Illinois Licensed Senior Clinical Manager will conduct market research, develop business analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in sales and marketing initiatives through clinical leadership to enhance sales bookings
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform the development of new inpatient clinical solutions
• Support Voice of the Customer programs to drive product design and improvement through customer feedback

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active RN License with 5+ years of experience
• Inpatient Clinical and Operational Expertise
• Experience in Telehealth
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and relevant workflows
