Illinois Licensed Senior I&C Engineer
Job Summary
To support the MEPIC Team, the full-time remote Illinois Licensed Senior I&C Engineer will design instrumentation and control systems for water and wastewater treatment facilities, provide programming and integration services, and troubleshoot control issues.
Key responsibilities
- Provide design services for instrumentation and control systems in water and wastewater facilities
- Perform programming and integration for SCADA systems and provide troubleshooting support
- Prepare plans, specifications, and conduct field data collection for design projects
Required qualifications
- BS degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; Master's in Controls Theory is a plus
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering consulting, preferably in water and wastewater
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
- Strong knowledge of PLC and HMI programming for various systems
- Experience in developing detailed P&ID diagrams and designing control system networks
